A Constitution and a set of By-Laws that fully
delineates the powers, privileges and benefits of
membership in the Association govern the PHA.
Association policy is set by the Board of Directors
and implemented by the officers and members of the
PHA Board. The Association has a number of standing
committees that along with area delegates carry out
various tasks required of the Association.
To best serve the interests of the association,
members and clients, the PHA is organized into six
geographical PHA
Zones across the United States. A Zone
Governor(s) and Zone Representatives administer
association business in each area.
A member in good standing may vote for the election
of the Board of Directors who is responsible to the
membership.
